1- Ensuring the implementation of the basic principles that will reflect the institutional values of the university in accordance with the mission and vision of the university.
2- To ensure the participation of all internal and external stakeholders, including students, academic staff and administrative staff, in the processes, to be in communication and to increase satisfaction
3- Adopting a continuous improvement, follow-up and evaluation approach in all areas of service
