Oncologic Rehabilitation Unit

It is a unit that informing healthy people about cancer, physiotherapy and rehabilitation applications from cancer diagnose, cancer treatment steps (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormone treatment), life after cancer till palliative care terms. From this point of view, effective physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches are applied to the patients who faces to some problems  and to get over these problems in every cancer types in the body (breast, female-male genital system, digestive system, urinary system, hematological, thyroid, lung, nervous system, skeletal system), side effects of cancer treatments (muscle weakness, lymhedema, balance-sensation problems, limitation of mobility) and other problems such as venous insufficiency lead to lymphedema.
